Fines and costs can be paid in person, over the phone, or by mail.
- To pay in person come to our office at 550 Boulevard Colonial Heights VA 23834 we are on the second floor.
- To pay over the phone call 804-520-9364 and follow the prompts for the Circuit Court. Please note we only accept Visa or Mastercard.

Information about Court Fines & Costs
Fines and/or court costs are assessed against individuals convicted of a felony, misdemeanor, or traffic infraction. Fines and court costs are due when imposed unless the defendant enters into a payment plan agreement approved by the court.
Payment plans may be initiated in person at our office or by calling our office for instructions.
If your sole financial resource is a Social Security benefit or Supplemental Security Income, then you are noy required to pay until you have another resource or income. As long as your sole income remains unchanged, your account will not go to collections.
Please understand that any restitution that you may have been ordered to pay is not included in this exemption of payment and is due as the court has ordered.
