Overview
The Financial Administration Division, under the direction of the Director of Finance, oversees all financial operations and services not administered by the elected Constitutional Offices. This includes:
- Collection and/or receipt of all City funds
- Debt issuance and management
- External audit coordination
- Financial statement preparation and reconciliation
- Investment management
- Oversight of financial controls and budgetary accounts
