Sealed Bids, subject to the plans and specifications, will be receiving in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance / Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA until 2:00 PM EDT June 12 2023, for the SGR Boulevard Repaving and ADA Ramps project.

There will be a pre-bid meeting at City Hall Council Chambers, 201 James Avenue -1st Floor, Colonial Heights VA on June 2 2023 at 10:00 Am EDT.

This project consists of approximately .21 of improvements along the Boulevard (Route 1 / Route 301) between Birch Avenue and Swift Creek Bridge.  The project consists of roadway and pedestrian improvements including, but not limited to:

• Replacing three (3) ADA Ramps and one (1) new ADA Ramp on the east side of the Boulevard (Route 1 / Route 301) between Birch Avenue and Ash Avenue.
• Asphalt concrete milling and overlay of the existing asphalt pavement along all lanes of the Boulevard (Route 1 / Route 301) between Birch Avenue and the Swift Creek Bridge abutment.
• Replacement of all pavement markings in kind.
• Maintenance of Traffic 

The DBE goal established for this project is 9%

All work associated with this project shall be completed by September 1 2023
