The City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, located at City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA, will receive sealed bids until March 24 2023, 2:00 PM EDT, for the North Elementary School Sidewalks - Phase II Project.
There will be a pre-bid conference in City Hall Council Chamber, 201 James Avenue - 1st Floor, Colonial Heights VA on March 10 2023, at 10:00 AM EDT
The project consists of installation of new sidewalks and ADA facilities along, Hillcrest, Eastman, and Orang Avenues. The project limits will start at the intersection of Ross Avenue, go west along Hillcrest, Eastman, and Orange Avenues.
This project consists of installation of new pedestrian facilities including, but not limited to:
- Drainage Structures
- Curb and Gutter
- Sidewalk
- ADA Ramps
- Driveway Entrances
