The Colonial Heights Commonwealth Attorney's Office, Colonial Heights Public Schools and the City of Colonial Heights will host a Regional Heroin and Opiate Summit (Act III) on October 17th at 6:30 p.m. in the Colonial Heights High School Auditorium. Doors open at 6:00 pm.
Act III will feature Guest Speaker Braxton Collier, "Losing a Loved One to Addiction."
