The Colonial Heights DMV Select office will open on October 24th without appointments. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm.
DMV Selects are a service alternative to visiting a full-service DMV customer service center. DMV Selects do not issue Driver's Licenses, Learners Permits or Identification Cards.
