To make a payment online, visit Online Bill Pay for details. The City of Colonial Heights accepts credit card, debit card and PayPal payments online. Note: Please read below regarding the fee for using credit and debit cards for your online payments.

Fees for Credit/Debit Card Use for City Payments

Effective Monday, May 2, the City will charge a 2% fee for use of credit and debit cards for on-line and in person payments with the exception of payments to the Recreation & Parks Department which have a separate transaction fee.

The 2% fee will apply to payments such as real estate tax, personal property tax, utility bill payments, and other transactions.

No additional fee will apply for payments made by e-checks, checks, or cash.
