Community Development Block Grant Program
Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Public Comment Period & Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 5:00 PM in City Council Chambers located at 201 James Avenue, Colonial Heights, Virginia to consider the following:

1) 2017-2018 CAPER
2) 2018-2019 Emergency Home Repair Program
The 2017-2018 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is an annual report designed to provide information on how the City of Colonial Heights used its Community Development Block Grant funds during Program Year 3. The CAPER provides a concise description of each activity for which funds were budgeted and expended during this reporting period, as well as providing information on activity accomplishments.
A draft copy of the CAPER will be available for public review beginning September 05, 2018 through September 25, 2018 at the Department of Planning, City Hall, 201 James Avenue. A summary of the CAPER is available on the City website http://www.colonialheightsva.gov/.
Comments or questions on the CAPER may be submitted during the 15-day comment period beginning September 05, 2018 through September 25, 2018 to Brandi Payne, Assistant Director of Planning & Community Development, Department of Planning, 201 James Avenue, Colonial Heights, VA 23834, or by email payneb@colonialheightsva.gov.
All persons affected or interested are invited to be present at the public hearing at the time and place stated above, when an opportunity will be given for them to be heard. Any interested party whose participation in this public hearing would require reasonable handicap accommodation, or be in need of a translator should contact Brandi Payne at 804-324-5496 prior to the meeting.
