March 30 2023 - Addendum #1 issued to answer questions received and new schedule of values issued.

Sealed Bids, subject to the attached plans, specifications and drawings, will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance / Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA , until but not later than April 6 2023, 2:00 PM EDT, for the Westover Avenue & Route 1 Intersection Improvements Project.

There will be a pre-bid conference on March 22 2023, 10:00 AM EDT, at City Hall - Council Chambers, 201 James Avenue -1st Floor, Colonial Heights VA .

This project consists of improvements to Westover Avenue & Route 1 Intersection Improvements.  The limits of construction are at the intersection of Route 1 & Westover Avenue, going east to the intersection of Westover Avenue and Shuford Avenue.

This project consists of roadway improvements including, but not limited to:

*     Removal and installation of curb and gutter

*     Installation of dedicated right turn lane

*     Paving

*    Signals and pedestrian poles

*    Storm Sewer

*    ADA Ramps

*   Commercial and Residential Entrances

All work associated with this project, to be completed no later than November 2 2023

There will be a 11% DBD goal for this project
