All plats must be submitted on the City’s standard subdivision plat border sheets, which may be downloaded from the checklist below. Please submit three (3) paper drafts to: Planning & Community Development 201 James Ave Colonial Heights, VA 23834 Review process will start when payment is received. The official recordation of the final plat at the City of Colonial Heights Courthouse is $23.00 which is required in a separate form of payment.
