  • A YAC application is available online or we can mail one to you. Please return your completed application to the Office on Youth, P.O. Box 3401, Colonial Heights. You will be advised of upcoming meetings. The Youth Advisory Council normally meets the first Monday of each month.

  • There is a curfew in Colonial Heights between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am everyday for youth ages 17 and under. There are exceptions - please refer to the Colonial Heights City Code, Chapter 116: CURFEW, for details.


    In addition, Southpark Mall has a Youth Escort Policy (YEP) in effect on Friday and Saturday evenings after 6:00 pm requiring juveniles to be escorted by an adult within the mall or on mall property. Visit Southpark Mall Security Policies for details on the YEP policy.
