Community First Water Utility Grant

In response to these challenging times, the City of Colonial Heights is pleased to offer the Colonial Heights Community Water Utility Grant Fund. Funds may be used to pay a resident’s water bill in full if it is past due because of economic loss from the pandemic. Funding for the program is being provided to City of Colonial Heights, with the support of City Council, through Housing & Urban Development: CDBG-CV funding received by the City.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES BELOW:

• Apply today for a grant to bring your water bill current!

• The Application period is from June 17th-July 17th, 2020.

• Applications are available online at www.colonialheightsva.gov

• The CDBG Home Repair program for owner-occupied homes starts July 1st, 2020.
