Real Estate, Personal Property, and Utility Bill payment options


While City hall is closed to the public, there are several options available to make payments on real estate, personal property, or utility bills. If you need to call the office regarding a payment (520-9320), please be patient and leave a message if necessary, as we are on reduced staffing and receiving a high volume of calls.

On the top menu of the website, hover your mouse on “I Want To….”, and the menu that pops up will show “Pay Online” with a listing of bills that can be paid online. There are NO Credit card fees for online payments during these closures- Residents are encouraged make payments online and avoid leaving their homes.


If citizens want to drop a payment off the City has a LARGE WHITE DROPBOX in the City Hall Parking Lot (off Highland Ave.) . It is emptied twice daily. Please do NOT put payments in the small silver box- this is for Comcast and the City does not have access to the box.


We are continuing to collect and process payments by mail.

 Cigarette Stamps- if you are a retailer needing cigarette stamps, please call 520-9320 and we will assist you.

 Utility service start/stops: New utility customers should provide information over the phone and email a copy of the lease, deed and driver’s license to If a deposit is required residents should make it on-line and call back with confirmation number. Utility billing is processing new applications and terminations upon request via phone (520-9288).
