[ARCHIVED] New Stitchers Program at Violet Bank Museum

Violet Bank Stitchers From The Heart will be meeting every Tuesday from 10am-12pm and also on the last Saturday of every month from 1pm-3pm. Violet Bank Stitchers From The Heart will gather together to crochet, knit, or sew for those in need. There are plenty of items needed, so you can pick a project and get started. Completed items will benefit our community and beyond to include The James House, Colonial Heights Food Pantry, Brighter Living, and Southside Regional Medical Center, just to name a few.

Why:To share hope, joy, and comfort by creating and distributing hand-stitched items that improve the physical and emotional well-being of individuals who are sick or in need


.All skill levels are welcomed and needed! Don’t know how to crochet, knit, or sew? Stop by and learn how and make some new crafty friends. Too busy to craft but still want to help? Consider a donation of yarn, crochet hooks, knitting needles, or a monetary gift.
