The Colonial Heights Annual Halloween in the Park will take place on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Flora Hill Park. This family-friendly event is held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and includes trick or treating, children's games, face painting, refreshments and free candy. Wear your costumes and bring your trick or treat bag!
