The Citizens Government Academy is a free 8-week program created to provide residents with a better understanding of their City government operations and services.  The program is held each Spring (March - May) on Thursday evenings from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at various locations throughout the City.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age, a resident in the City of Colonial Heights, and attend at least 7 out of 8 sessions. Class size is limited.
