FRIENDLY CODE ENFORCEMENT REMINDER:

Grass Cutting Season Starts APRIL 1ST!

Please Note the following regarding grass cutting in requirements in the City of Colonial Heights:

• City Code does not allow tall grass, weeds or other foreign growth over 12 inches in heights; 
• Over 12 inches in height, the property owner is subject to a notice of violation with 10 days to comply; 
• Failure to comply will result in City contractors cutting the grass and a minimum charge of $160.00; and
• Per City Code, only on notice per grass season will be sent.
