CITY OF COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VIRGINIA

Notice is hereby given to all persons affected or interested that at the Colonial Heights City Council meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 201 James Avenue, Colonial Heights, Virginia, the City Council shall hold a public hearing to accept comments on the following:
To change the zoning classification of parcel identification number 69010700002, containing approximately 1.02 acre, known as Lot 2, Sadler Bros. Subdivision, with a street address of 401 Southpark Boulevard, from I–Industrial to GB–General Business; and to amend the Zoning Map accordingly.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is on file for public examination during regular business hours in the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall, 201 James Avenue, Colonial Heights, Virginia and on the City’s website www.colonialheightsva.gov. A copy also may be obtained by calling the City Clerk at (804) 520-9360. All persons affected or interested are invited to be present at the public hearing of the City Council, to be held at the time and place stated above, when an opportunity will be given for them to be heard.
